Is the screening really free?

Yes. It is a 15-minute conversation with a specialist, 12 questions and a written pre-assessment. There is no cost and no commitment.

What is in the pre-assessment?

The preliminary score for each of the six areas, the red flags found and the first recommendations. Along with it, we send the quote for the full diagnostic.

How is it different from the full diagnostic?

The screening uses 12 questions and your answers. The full diagnostic uses 36 questions, interviews with each area and evidence review — and ends in an executive report, a 90-day roadmap and a proposal.

Who needs to take part?

In the screening, the owner or a manager who knows the operation. In the full diagnostic, the people responsible for each area and whoever runs IT, in-house or outsourced.
